Alexandra's sweet Granny Alice used to make this cake every holiday, and we're so glad she taught Alexandra how to make it. This is a rare find as we have seen it in Florence, SC, and the Gary/Chicago area. This decadent three layer vanilla cake is moist, buttery, and made with a boiled caramel icing poured on all three layers.
