This rainbow sprinkled cake is so fun, festive and delicious!  This 3-layer cake has moist buttery vanilla sponge cake baked with rainbow sprinkles, a rich buttery vanilla buttercream frosting,  with rainbow sprinkles between each layer. It will be a challenge to eat just one slice!
